You have spent months maybe even years planning and organising your big day, we understand that during the build up to your big day you are very busy, so once you have confirmed our service from then on we are working for YOU!

 

We are on hand to help with every stage of your reception planning, matching your colour scheme, music choices and getting it right!

 

We have been working tirelessly to improve the quality and presentation of both our equipment and our performance, resulting in a very elegant, tidy and sharp D.J. Hosting Service that will WOW your families and guests.

 

Once you book us - you get us - we are not an agency  nor do we outsource our disco bookings to anyone else, however if we are unavailable for your big day when you enquire we may be able to assist you in finding an alternative D.J. service.

  

Our service to you can include twin T.V. monitors to display Karaoke and Music Videos.

 

Our screens can also display photographs provided by you of your big day and your lives together - a huge favourite with a lot of couples.

 

We only use high quality equipment including Behringer Active Speakers, Numark Mixdeck with dual CD/USB Controller, Moving Heads, Lasers and the latest LED lighting sytems.

 

We also carry out back ups for everything! so you can be assured that your big day will not be let down by any untimely malfunctions.

Our D.J. Hosting Service also includes a dedicated Disc Jockey playing you the soundtrack to your Wedding and a Master of Ceremonies making all the important announcements our duties of realising your vision will include :-

 

The Ceremony

  • Provide a discreet system to play your favorite music during your ceremony

  • Provide the emotional impact of the ceremony by use of the correct music at the correct level at the correct time

The Drinks Reception

  • Provide a discreet system to play your favorite music during the drinks reception

  • Provide support to the bridal party in announcing when and where the photographers require guests

  • Direct Bridal Party & guests to the Dining room

The Wedding Breakfast

  • Direct the wedding party to their positions in the receiving line

  • Direct guests to their seats

  • Announce the Bride & Groom into the room

  • Introduce the Wedding Party

  • Announce the serving of the meal

 

The Speeches

  • Give top table 5 minute warning for Speeches

  • Introduce first person to speak - Usually Father of the Bride

  • Introduce the Groom, (and/or) the Bride for their speech

  • Introduce Best Man for his speech

  • Introduce Parents who would also like to speak

Cutting the Cake

  • Announce the cutting of the cake

  • Direct the pre-agreed cake cutting ritual

The Wedding Reception

  • Greet and welcome individual guests on arrival

  • Introduce the Bride and Groom into the room

  • Introduce the Bride and Groom's First Dance

  • Announce the second cutting of the cake

  • Announce Buffet service

  • Bride & Father dance

  • Groom & Mother dance

  • Announce Bouquet toss

  • Play Requests & Dedications creating the correct atmosphere
